Jenna Sprenger joined Paragon Finance in 2026 to support the building of its growth pillars and deepen execution capability. She leads execution across the company’s capital raising and structured finance activities.
A Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in finance and team leadership, Jenna has a deep understanding of deal structuring, capital, and the financial mechanics of complex transactions. She served as Chief Financial Officer of Burstone Group (previously Investec Property Fund), where she specialised in capital structuring, tax structuring, treasury and the execution of large-scale property and corporate transactions.
