Andrew MacPherson joined Paragon Finance in June 2025, as the Legal and Compliance Manager. He is an admitted Attorney with right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa, holding a Post-Graduate LLB from Stellenbosch University and a BA with distinction from the University of South Africa. Andrew is also certified in Legal Project Management and Civil Mediation, with specialised training in Business Rescue.

With over 11 years of post-qualification experience, Andrew has developed extensive expertise in commercial dispute resolution, debt recovery, and regulatory compliance across corporate, financial, and commercial sectors. His career is distinguished by exceptional abilities in navigating complex legal landscapes and implementing effective governance frameworks.
